Healthy Habit: Healthy Habit: visualize the person you want to become
It’s easy to say that you want to be fitter, or make more money, or get more podcast downloads.
But those are vague declarations and don’t really explain why you want to do those things, what those goals will serve.
It takes consistent effort, attention, and work to sit down and truly visualize what kind of person you want to be, and WHY.
You may need to write it down; you may need to meditate on it daily; you may need to create a multi-step plan that you check in on regularly and adjust as needed.
One thing I know is that you don’t become the best version of yourself by accident – it takes effort, intention, and attention.
