Hi I’m Kyle…

I’m a fitness geek. I can talk all day long about nutrition, exercise, and healthy lifestyle habits and more.

But what I really love is working with ordinary people that are motivated to improve their health and showing them how they can use fitness training to naturally achieve their goals long term.

You want true expertise and support. Someone to show you how to build a body that supports your lifestyle and goals. Someone that you can reach out to and strategize with. Someone that truly cares about you and your personal growth.

On a more personal note, I listen to a lot of audio-books (fitness / nutrition, science books are my favorites), I garden as much as possible and tend by fish pond in the summer, and spend most of my non-working time with my beautiful family.
