Tell us how where you feeling prior to the challenge?
I was feeling very intimidated by starting a fitness routine. I was always tired and sluggish and never had any energy. It was often hard to focus at work
Tell us what kind of results did you see during the challenge?
I have so much energy, I’m feeling stronger and more confident. I sleep better and I feel happier.
What was the #1 thing you learned that you’ll take-away from this experience?
Don’t ever say you can’t do something. There were several times that Kyle showed me an exercise to do and I said I can’t do that. Kyle believed in me and pushed me and everything I said I couldn’t do I could!!
How would you describe your overall experience and the environment at Empowered Fitness?
Great environment, very comfortable and not intimidating at all.
What would you tell someone that is thinking about doing one of our challenges in the future that might be on the fence?
Do it! You will be amazed at how much better you feel. It’s a great place to meet like minded people and encourage each other
