I learned how to manage my blood sugar levels to control my Diabetes lost over 50 pounds. I didn’t really know how or what to eat before working with Kyle. I thought I was eating right but as I discovered many of that foods that I though where healthy are not very good at all. Now I have a good foundation for my diet that I can control and make work for me.
Kyle was also able to customize my training to accommodate a prior knee injury so that i could maximize my results.
