“Over the years it’s seems like my metabolism slowed down and it seemed like no matter what I did I couldn’t lose those extra pounds. Friends would say join a gym and work with weights. I was tired of carrying all the extra weight, the saddle bags, spare tire, extra rolls and hanging skin.
I knew I had to take that step and get out of my comfort zone and joined the Empowered Fitness 28 day challenge. A week into it, along with changing my eating habits and wow and I mean WOW! What a difference. I feel absolutely amazing and have noticed a change. I have lost some weight and it is a start. I also see results in my saddle bags, spare tire, extra rolls and hanging skin slowly disappearing. I go with a positive attitude and leave my ego at the door. It’s truly a wonderful transformation that I’m seeing results and proud of.
My massage therapist also commented on my muscles not being so tight and my body less tense. The best one is that my husband has noticed these changes which makes me want to continue for not them but ME!! You think you can’t do it, don’t have anyone to go with, well let me tell you, you can do it!! All of us at the gym are there for one another, which keeps me wanting to come back. I am truly glad I took the initiative and joined this gym.
I can say that the coaches do not leave you hanging, they are friendly, never judge, they are kind, considerate and wanting to help with your success. BIG thank you to Kyle and Reena for all the assistance and believing in me that I can do this 😊 along with the other ladies giving me the support that I need.
