I was not sleeping, lots of stress, feeling sluggish and tired of feeling that way.
Tell us what kind of results did you see during the challenge? it can be anything
Better sleep, less anxiety, size decreased even though scale didn’t, more energy, increased positive mood.
What was the #1 thing you learned that you’ll take-away from this experience?
Previously I used lots of excuses why I could not. Even though I have a very busy schedule and lots of commitments, I was able to make it to the gym 4-6 times I week. My excuses did not rule over my choices.
How would you describe your overall experience and the environment at Empowered Fitness?
Beyond words! Very friendly and supportive. The other participants were wonderful! Great people, great energy, great support, laughs too! Kyle is like no other personal trainer I know and I know quite a few. It was because of him I made it to class so often.
What would you tell someone that is thinking about doing one of our challenges in the future that might be on the fence?
Do it, you will not regret it. Your only regret is you didn’t do it sooner. Kyle offers so much support and will make your workouts work best for you. He is very knowledgeable about anything you would ask him.
